Leading a multi-site rule of law study on 10 ASEAN countries.

Conducting research in Cambodia about the war crimes trials of former Khmer Rouge leaders funded in part by Stanford University's Richard S. Goldsmith Research Award and the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung Rule of Law Programme for Asia.

Advising the UN on transnational corporate responsibility to respect human rights in conjunction with a research project funded by the SMU Sim Kee Boon Institute of Financial Economics.

Carrying out policy-relevant research and training in relation to post-conflict Sri Lanka, Timor-Leste and Bangladesh with faculty at the University of California (Berkeley) & the East West Centre at the University of Hawaii.
