Mr Dilhan Pillay SANDRASEGARA
Mr Dilhan Pillay Sandrasegara is the Managing Partner of WongPartnership LLP and a Director of its joint law venture firm, Clifford Chance Wong Pte. Ltd. He has 18 years of experience in the legal industry and his main area of practice is Mergers and Acquisitions. Dilhan is a trustee of the Singapore Management University as well as a member of the Advisory Board of its Law School. Besides being a Board Member of the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore, he is a Director of Babcock & Brown Structured Finance Fund Limited, CapitaRetail China Trust Management Limited, Banyan Tree Holdings Ltd, Changi Airports International Pte Ltd, Hup Soon Global Corporation Limited, MOH Holdings Pte Ltd (the holding company of government hospitals and medical facilities in Singapore) KTPH Pte. Ltd. (the owner and operator of the Khoo Teck Puat Hospital), SP Services Limited (a subsidiary of Singapore Power Limited) and The Ascott Group Limited.
Dilhan graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1988 and attended Cambridge University on a Cambridge ODA Scholarship, where he obtained a Master of Laws in 1990. He is a Fellow of the Cambridge Commonwealth Society, was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 1989 and was admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 2004.
